Your Event Order

Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours before event: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• 24 hours or less before event: No refund — 0% of booking amount
• Cancellations must be submitted through the platform in writing

Damage Policy

• Any damage to venue or rented equipment must be reported within 24 hours of the event
• Reports must include photo evidence submitted through the platform dispute system
• Customer is liable for damage costs as determined by Unvento's dispute resolution team
• Damage costs are deducted from the security deposit or charged separately

Payment & Escrow

• Payment is held in escrow by Unvento until event completion
• Vendors receive payment within 24 hours after event date passes
• A 5% platform commission is deducted from vendor payouts

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes must be opened within 48 hours of the event
• Both parties have 24 hours to submit evidence
• Unvento Support makes a final, binding decision
